Administrative Team
The staff team at Navadisha comprises dedicated individuals with a serious interest in the all round development of children. Coming from a variety of backgrounds, they are united by their interest in the work, the philosophy and their basic belief in teamwork and cooperation towards the goals of the organization.
Director
Rukmini Ramachandran, an experienced AMI diploma holder who founded the Trust has been working in the field of Montessori for over two decades. She served as the Principal of the school at the time of its inception in 1997. She now supports the academic and administrative staff team in her role as Director.
Director - Administration
Manimekalai Kumar‘s contact with the Montessori philosophy led her to believe in the solutions offered by child-centered education. This belief drew her in to shoulder the immense responsibility for the growth of the school and to share its vision and to oversee its administration.
Principal
S. Girija, a Postgraduate in Mathematics, brings in her long years of experience in residential and day schools to co-ordinate the academic and administrative responsibilities.
Pedagogical Administrator
Priyanka Kumar, an alumnus of the Navadisha Montessori School, has the experience of being a child going through the montessori system of schooling as well as being an AMI Montessori Diploma holder at two age levels. She brings fresh insight to the team and ensures pedagogical and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the organization.
